The sale of wines from Domaine d'Aubigny is subject to these terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

Prices are in euros, including tax (TTC). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Delivery

Delivery is subject to availability. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We ship to France and select EU countries only.

4. Payment

Payment is accepted via bank transfer and credit card. Payment must be received before shipment.

5. Age Verification

Alcohol sales are prohibited to minors under 18 years of age. By purchasing, you confirm you are of legal age.

6. Returns & Complaints

Damaged bottles must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are issued for defective products.

7. Liability

Domaine d'Aubigny is not liable for losses arising from wine storage or handling after delivery.
